Adventure of the Seas cruisers, help

Looking at booking a cruise for a group of friends. 12/3/17 out of San Juan. Checked reviews last night and now I'm reconsidering. Please let me know your opinion if you have cruised aboard within the last year. Or maybe you know some news or plans for the ship?
