Excursion recommendations in Bermuda?

Bermuda is one port that you really don't need to buy ship excursions. Save your money. When you get off the ship, you will walk down the pier onto the island and there is a small building there that sells all kinds of boat trips, catarmaran cruises, snorkeling trips, helmet dives, etc. You can get anything you want right there. Bermuda is a DIY island. Public transportation passes get you onto the buses and ferries and you can travel the entire island without any trouble. Search this board and there are many posts about different companies that service the island.

Great. Thanks for the tips! Are the excursions sold on shore cheaper than those on the ship? Are they similar?

I would say that 99% of the time, it is less expensive to make your own reservations with the individual contact. I have not used ship excursions for several years now. The ones you book on shore are the same as the ones you can book on the ship but maybe just different companies. They all know you have to be back to the ship before it sails and are very good at getting you back on time. But in Bermuda, you are usually there 2-3 days so it is a lot easier to book your own excursions.
