hi has anyone slid or slipped on Princess balcony wheelchair ramp?

My wife had a bad accident when her right foot slid on the metal wheelchair ramp going out to our balcony. has any one else had their foot slid on this even if you did not fall but just had your foot slide if this has happened to any other handicapped cruise companian on any Princess cruise?
