I have had no luck all day...

I am trying to find out my MSC club number. Any suggestion on how to do this.

I would like to know mine, too. We cruised on Feb7 and have not yet received any correspondence indicating our number!!

ring them they will tell you - i got mine by phone and then emailed it to myself - I can find it easily now ;)

I keep trying to call but, I get stuck on hold and never have time to wait long enough to talk to a person. Guess I will have to wait to call when I have plenty of time to stay on hold.

The Irish website has been down since at least Saturday for booking. All other parts seem to work okay.

This website is more than frustrating. Trying to register an account so I can look at beverage add on prices. First time MSC cruiser. Tried to contact them through Facebook and their response was just a bunch of empathy which really does not help my situation. No reason for the issue or any solution.

I had not trouble logging on to the USA site this morning.

I thought my phone was acting up loading site. It's v annoying not being able to view cruises

The Irish website is back running as normal. How is it for other sites?
