yikes-stuck at Venice cruiseport till 12 mid day presuming you are kicked off the ship latest 10am

I cant picture anywhere to sit out a few hours in comfort and with wifi unless someone else can chime in-usually people are trying to transit the port area to get to ship or away from area ASAP

Have you arranged for a land taxi to pick you up from the port mid day for the 20 minute journey to the airport?[which also has limited facilities/seating ]

otherwise you could fill in some time by taking the Alilaguna blu line from port to airport-about 1 1/2 hours and 15 euros per person which can give you a "scenic" trip at lower cost[water taxis very cool and 30 minutes but expensive at 90 euros]

you could take people mover or even walk to P roma and there are plenty of cafes etc there which would be more interesting than the port as you at least can people watch at one end of the grand canal and can get a land taxi from there

We boarded in Venice last week and they do have a little cafe there now, not actually in the building but in a little cluster of cabins with a couple of shops within the port area. Sorry can't help whether it has wifi tho

Another option would be to get the people mover from the port to piazzale roma where there are plenty of cafes many of which will have wifi. Get your driver to pick you up from there
