reedprincess Posted September 26, 2016 #2 Share Posted September 26, 2016 We will be flying home from St Lucia. Has anybody used the airport lounge and what did you think of it? We have looked online and seems to be £25 per person. Thanks It's small and basic, at best. Room for about 30 people comfortably or so - and it gets fairly crowded with the Virgin and BA flights leaving within a short time of each other. Some power outlets - although not many - and free, very slow, WiFi. Drinks are included, mostly just basic cocktails, coffee, tea and a few juices, and some snacks, ie very basic veggies with dip, finger sandwiches, crackers and cheese.... Certainly not worth $50us pp/£35 or so GBP. IMO. We've never paid for it given our FF status when we fly BA or Virgin, but wouldn't pay for it if we didn't have access. There's several better eateries upstairs in the departure lounge where you can get full meal and a few drinks for less than the cost of one person in the lounge.. I would suggest checking out the TripAdvisor forums for St Lucia with regards to the land portion of your trip, if any.
