Cruise prices

Some years ago when oil prices soared some fuel surcharges were imposed by cruise lines including Fred. Olsen. Now that crude prices have virtually collapsed I wonder if passengers will receive any compensation, or am I dreaming!!

I've just looked at a cruise we are considering and it seems to have gone up maybe prior to a "sale" that will make it the original price or am I just cynical.:)
