tttt28 Posted March 6, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 6, 2017 We want to take a taxi from the cruise terminal in Liverpool to the Cheshire Oak designer outlet . May I ask will the taxi be available outside the cruise terminal ( and the outlet?) or do I need to pre book a taxi beforehand? Moreover, is Uber safe in Liverpool? I used google map and found that it takes approximately 30 minutes to arrive there. Is it true? How much will the taxi fee be? Thanks in advance for the Experts' advice. HAppy cruising ! Bob++ Posted March 6, 2017 #2 Share Posted March 6, 2017 Taxi to get there should be fine but I doubt there will be a rank by the outlet. I would suggest pre-booking a car with one of the many private hire companies - you can book the ride both ways then. This is just one that seems to have good reviews: http://www.radiocarsliverpool.com/

Mim Lloyd Posted March 7, 2017 #4 Share Posted March 7, 2017 Hi A taxi will cost you about £60 return. Delta Taxis are a popular choice here in Liverpool and their prices are good. Here's a website link: http://www.deltataxis.net/estimator.php Uber is now gaining in popularity in Liverpool but has only fairly recently started up in Merseyside. I've used them but it can be hit and miss as to whether one is in the area when you want it. You can prebook Delta and they are reliable. You'd want to be picked up on The Strand (which is near the cruise terminal) or at Liverpool One, a little further down the road.
