Booking Balcony on the Explorer of the Seas

Hello all,

We recently put a reserve down on a balcony room on the Explorer of the Seas and I just wanted to make sure it was a good choice and there is not something catastrophically wrong with the room. We picked room 8670 on the 8th floor which is about 6 rooms toward the end of the ship. Unfortunately, none of he "bump" rooms or aft facing cabins were available by the time we booked, so I am looking for the best next thing.

I recall seeing someone had a problem with a sewage smell somewhere, is that a problem with this floor? Is there a problem with noise on this floor with set ups of chairs or anything? Thanks!
