Carnival travel planners?

The last group cruise we took my wife called Carnival direct and had Alex help her with getting our rooms set up. We are starting to plan another group cruise and she tried to call Alex and he no longer works for Carnival.

Does anyone have experience with one of the planners that goes above and beyond to help out? She doesn't just want to call and get luck of the draw so to speak.

Thanks for you input.

There are several good PVPs that work for Carnival but unfortunately, according to the rules of Cruise Critic, we can't give out their names on here.

What I did was used the "Contact Us" on the Carnival site. I told them that I was looking for an "experienced" PVP. The following day I received an e-mail from one that has been with Carnival for ten years. He's booked two cruises for us and so far, he's been great. The best part is that he leaves us alone. If I have a question, he gets back with me right away but other than that, I never hear from him which is exactly what we want.
