Palma excursions

Any recommendations of things to do in Palma? Is it worth doing an excursion through P&O or out own thing? Thanks!

We found that there was so much to see in the cathedral that we must have spent half a day there! We then found ourselves in the San Francisco church.

Then a nice walk in the super heat along the promenade then headed into town for some cooling beers.

So much to see and do on foot for a first timer.

Do your own thing: 2e on the bus from just outside the port to the centre of the city. Have a walk round, especially the cathedral, go to one of the smaller plazas for lunch then get a taxi to Belvoir castle and walk about the castle and then back through the grounds to the sea front and back to the ship.

Have fun - it's my favourite city in the world!
