If you google these beaches, you will see what they have. I have been to Paradise Beach and they have tons of activities. You just take a cab from the port. Same exact thing for Doc Caves. Shuttle buses from the port. 7 Mile consists of all different beaches. Go to TRIP ADVISOR. Best website for all the info you need....prices...reviews.....activities .....maps....and TONS of pictures.

You don't need to book any excursions to get to any beach. In Grand Cayman we take the public bus to 7 mile but we used to go to Cemetery Beach which has nothing but the beach there. There are a few different bus stops along the road for 7 mile. The bus was $2 or $2.50, a lot less than a cab.

And we have gotten on the bus going the wrong way for a tour of the island- it still then drops you off near the pier.

Cemetery beach is past 7 mile and there is a covered bus stop with bench to wait for the buses.

You used to get off on the pier and just turn left to get to the buses but I think its in a different location now so ask here or Google for bus stops.
