Can anyone tell me how much a taxi is for two people return to pigeon island? Is it a nice beach break place to visit etc. ?

$35US one way for up to three people. There is a $7US pp entry fee (it is a national park). Lovely beach, a little snorkeling, two good hikes, ruins, restaurant and bar, etc. Enjoy.

We will be in St Lucia in Nov 14 and are also looking to visit Pigeon Point.

Please can you advise if there will be taxis to take us back to the ship at Pigeon Point or do we need to arrange the return trip with the taxi driver that takes us there (or get a taxi from somewhere else).

Also, if we decide to take a picnic with us, is there a supermarket near the cruise port where we can buy the picnic before getting a taxi?
