Harbor nights festival Bermuda

Hi all!

Can anyone tell me a little bit about the Harbor Nights festival in Hamilton? Has anyone been to it?

When is it, and what time? Was it fun? Did you enjoy it?

Harbor Nights is a street fair located in the City of Hamilton with retail, food, music vendors participating. The event is held on Wednesday Nights May (usually the first week) through September (usually the first week) 7:00pm though 10:00pm. Hope this helps.

We went once. It was an "OK" street fair...nothing that special...one short visit was enough.

The last scheduled Harbour Night for 2014 was September 3.

We just got back yesterday from Bermuda. Harbor night was over two weeks ago

Do. to bother, is not worth the trip. If you have a multiway pass for the ferries, maybe if you do not have anything else to do, or maybe just for a little bit of time. We were expecting great Caribbean music, but not, just a regular street fair with food and some boring music. We were in bermuda in July, it is held on Wednesday nights, we heard and read a lot about it, but it really does not meet the expectations, so do not worry, you are not missing anything at all.

Don't be sad you missed the Harbor Nights,

It's more and more a flea market, held outdoors, with live music...honestly it was better a few years ago.

You are not missing anything !

We missed it a few years ago on an RCI repo cruise. We were tied up in

downtown Hamilton. It was just getting going when a carriage horse got spooked and went careening down Front Street and plowed into a group of people. A elderly couple from the ship were taken to the hospital.

Needless to say, the festivities came to an abrupt end.
