Dal in the WIndjammer on RCI

I've on 2 cruises - Navigator of the Seas and Mariner of the Seas - and both had this wonderful dish called Dal in the Windjammer everyday. It seemed to be a curried lentil soup.

I absolutely LOVE it!

I've been scouring the internet looking for recipes and come up with many variations (of course).

Does anyone know where I can find a good copycat version of this dish? Does RC put recipes from the buffet in it's cookbook?
