LuCruise Posted May 20, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 20, 2015 Anyone done this excursion in St Maarten? Is it appropriate for young kids? Would love to hear more if anyone has tried it. Thanks.
dividedsky Posted June 11, 2015 #2 Share Posted June 11, 2015 I know there were 2 different types for this excurison, one was swimming with the dolphins and the other was not as involved. The area where they do this is a fenced in big area. We did the swimming one which I would not recommend for young children unless they are really strong swimmers. While they have you in the lifejacket you pretty much are treading water the whole time. I didn't see the full extent of the other excursion as ours was pretty involved. But I did see them wading in the water a little with the dolphins going by to be touched and what not. Here's a picture of the "pen" area for them. LuCruise Posted June 19, 2015 Author #4 Share Posted June 19, 2015 (edited) Where can you find this excursion? would love my kids could swim with dolphins. It's offered through RCL by the name in the title. Check the excursions as I see you'll be on Oasis, so it's probably there.
