Good cabin choices on the Conquest?

I booked cabins 7346 and 7350 on Carnival Conquest. Do you think it is a good location? Is it too near the elevators? Also what is that huge gray space behind us and beside us? Thanks. If you don't know the answers for all of my questions, You can still reply to the ones you know:P :)
