Why no water activities?

Going to Progresso for the 2nd time next January. Wondering why there is no excursions such as catamarans or boating?

Went to beach in 2010 but was constantly hounded by vendors:(

You can take an excursion to Technotel via Autoprogreso and there are no vendors there. We did it last year and had a good time.

Thanks for the info. Looked at that excursion. Has "open bar"- does that mean drinks included.
