It depends in what you seek.

If the goal is snorkeling the answer is different than if all you seek is sand. If what you desire most is quiet.. that answer is yet another option.

If you have a limit to how far from the ship you are willing to go that is a factor or if you need shopping close to the beach toy choose. Various choices on food or are ya happy with one restaurant?

Relaxation, a chair and an umbrella and a cold drink of the alcoholic persuasion would suit me fine. Both trips are offered by the cruise line .

If you are docking at Mahogany Bay... that would suit, besides it is free. :0)

Excursion is included in cruise fare. Those are the two beach options. Dont Think we dock at mahogzny

Oh pardon me I didn't see the two you were talking about they were not in the body of your post sorry.

Tabyana is on West Bay Beach the premier beach on the island.. it is just this side of amazing..and everyone and their mother's uncle wants to see it.

I have no idea what Pirate Beach is or where.
