NCL Dawn -- "deck" 3?

can anyone tell me what is under deck 4? I would be interested in booking a porthole room on deck 4 but wonder about noise from the area under the deck.

I would assume that it would be mostly cabins for the crew.

Everything below deck 4 is crew cabins, storage, engineering & machinery spaces, and so on. I suppose the noise level in a deck 4 cabin would depend on whether you're over a quiet store room, or a noisy engine room or crew lounge.
