Contacting a passenger onboard a ship

I've searched for an answer to this question but I can't find one so hopefully someone will be able to help me.

We're on Black Watch in January and we're not sure how well our mobiles will work in some of the areas we're visiting. We have elderly relatives and would want to be contacted if anything was wrong. Is there a phone number people can use in these circumstances?
