Is NCL under the Carnival's flag? Or it's own cruise line? I know it's not Royal.

Just curious. If you know its not Royal and want to know if its under Carnival, why would you post this question here an not Carnival thread. Weird.

I spend about 99% on Royal, failed to change boards. Sorry to have bothered you. :-)

Does it really matter where OP posted their question. Just provide an answer, no need to be snippy.
