Children and VIFP

Does anyone know how you go about signing a minor up for VIFP? Will it be automatic accumulation for him? I tried to login and create him an account but it said he couldn't since he was a minor

He doesn't need an account to be a VIFP, points will accumulate for him automatically. My 9 year old got his gold card last cruise and was so excited lol

Yep. They just keep rolling on...my sons should be platinum by March!

Actually spoke with Carnival customer care this morning about that. They said a VIFP number would be assigned to him upon boarding and we could use that going forward when booking.

Just make sure he is linked to that number. My daughters are counting down to being Platinum!
