Beach option with Reasonable cost

Looking for a safe, calm, clean, Clearwater beach option that can be reached by taxi. Also taxi cost if possible. Not looking to spend a ton. Just my Wife and I. Not looking for all inclusive or really any facilities as we can just drop a towel down and enjoy.

Vigue Beach is walking distance from ports, beautiful, lots of natural shade, goods swimming waters, and has some local food and rum shacks down near the airport entrance. You can hop across the street for bathrooms at airport if needed. And, free to walk to it! About 15-20 minute walk along highway and down the airport to the beaxh area.
