Can anyone tell me if room 7044 on the Serenade has an obstructed view of the water? Thank you.

There are no obstructions if you are looking straight out to the water.

Are you asking if you are on leaning over the edge of the balcony wall trying to look straight down to the water?

Yes!

You will have a full outward view, with nothing in your way. You won't be able to see if barnacles on on the hull of the ship, but that's not your job, anyway!
