Bruges brewery

Hi all, is the Brewery in Bruges worth a visit? I see I could book a time online but unfortunately I have already booked a ship's tour with a walking tour. It also gives us free time but I won't know when we will finish the walk to book a tour. Is it possible to just show up and get in easily ?

Over this past Valentine's Day weekend we were able to walk up and buy tickets, it seemed like they added an extra English-language tour for our time slot because they were so busy. We weren't able to get on the tour we wanted and had to wait for the next one, about an hour. We waited in the brewery bar/restaurant, so it wasn't that bad of a wait. We enjoyed the tour, our guide was hilarious. But be warned that you have to go up and down many stairs and some of them are more like ladders.
