Ship time vs. tour times not booked with ship

I'm looking at booking a kayak/snorkel tour with a company in cabo, not with our ship. Do they function on a different time than our ship time? I read somewhere that they are an hour ahead. So if they tell me that pickup time is 1:50 and they will drop us back off at 5:30, whose time is that?

This would be an issue of ship policy, not tour policy. Best to ask on the board for the cruise line involved.

We have been on 18 cruises. The ship has changed to match local time on every cruise, so it is our impression that most cruise lines do match local time. However, it has been reported that one cruise line seems inconsistent on this policy.

So, again, best to ask on the board for the cruise line involved.
