Probably stupid Beach Chair question

I was looking at pictures of Barefoot Terrace Restaurant and noticed there is a beach behind the restaurants on this strip there with lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. People were swimming. Does anyone know if the restaurants own these chairs and you pay them...or are they free, first come, first served (that's the stupid part of the question..free..hahaha

Chairs and umbrellas on beach across boardwalk in front of Barefoot would not be free. I do not know if Barefoot has a business connection with the beach vendors in front of Barefoot - so that you can get a discount of any kind on chairs and umbrellas if you eat at Barefoot. Although we have eaten at Barefoot and thought it good - we have never hung out on beach in Great Bay.
