Best Beach for 3 and 6 year old?

Hi

I'm looking for recommendations for a good beach for a 3 and 6 year old. We will be in St Thomas at the end of August from 11am-7pm. Would like to go to a beach for a few hours. Ideally would like a beach with calm, clear waters, bathroom facilities, and close to the port (Havensight). Not interested in snorkeling or an area with a lot of fish in the water.
