What are the odds of getting a GTY cabin near our group?

Recommended Posts

Hello, we are sailing on sept 11 (yaaay:D) on the Liberty of the Seas. We are a group of family members, and we are all booked in Cat K inside. We were thinking about moving 2 of my brother's boys into their own cabin so that we can have more room. Right now they are booked in my second cabin. The only cabins that are available right now that are close to ours, are the Cat N inside. But the problem is, they are GTY cabins. We would gladly pay the price necessary if we could ensure they would be right next to us... But there's nothing available. What are the odds of RCCL putting them near us if we put them in a GTY?? The oldest son is 18, the other is 16.

Also, would we retain the same rate that we have them booked on or would we revert to current rate? Thank you all so very much for all of your help!!!!:):):)

RCI reprices to current rate at every chance they get. As Clint Eastwood says "Do you feel lucky?".

You might get something close or you might get something in that category and then move to somewhere close - but do you want to take that chance?
