Port of Miami Tunnel Access from I-95

If we are driving south on I-95 to the Port of Miami would we exit on I-395 East to access the tunnel over to the Port?

When I Google directions and/or plug the Port of Miami into the GPS it still wants to take me thru downtown Miami and over the bridge next to Bayside.

the exit from 395 is LEFT .... there are BIG signs

cruisers use the LEFT lane in the tunnel .. cargo traffic stays right

You are correct, you would go to 395 East towards Miami Beach and you will see the signs to the tunnel, read the electronic sign, because sometimes the tunnel is closed and then you would need to exit at Biscayne Blvd/NE 2nd Ave. Depending on what terminal you are going to google might see it faster to get off and go through downtown because the speed limits and traffic inside the port.
