Taxi or Private Shuttle to CBD

We will be a family of 4 adults arriving in Sydney, NSW Australia on March 17th, 2014 at 730 AM with a ,minimum of 3 pieces of luggage a piece. What would be our best option, a Taxi Van or private shuttle. I received 2 quotes from one Company depending on the vehical used, of $111 for a 7 passenger people Mover or $69 with a Sedan Plus a Luggage Trailer for $15. Thank you.
