aggieljh Posted May 3, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 3, 2016 I just got a Yeti rambler bottle as a gift, and was contemplating taking it on my cruise this summer. As many cruises as I have been on, i never really pay attention to people getting back on the ship. If I fill it up with water before we get off, and throw it in my backpack, will there be any hassle getting it back on, provided I pour out any remaining water? spiritkat090909 Posted May 4, 2016 #4 Share Posted May 4, 2016 Not a problem. I have a metal Bubba mug that keeps ice 24 hours and I fill it the night before a port day and take it with me. I have forgotten to empty as I was coming back on ship several times and even though it goes through the metal detector I haven't ever been asked to empty it when I later discover my error. I probably don't look like a smuggler.:D
