That's because there isn't one despite Steelers assertion... while some cities are big enough to get their own threads, Victoria isn't. There are however many, many threads scattered around Alaska, Canada/Pacific and West Coast boards that mention Victoria - easiest way by far to access them is to use Search (advanced version is much better than normal, since you have options to restrict to relatively recent threads, focus on certain boards etc. Oh, and don't forget to add '-queen' or else most searches for Victoria show up the ship rather than the city!)

We enjoy the "water taxi" harbor boat service that visits various points in the Victoria harbor area. We're pacific northwest locals and will be in Victoria again in a few weeks, this time with our RV, staying at a park in the harbor, and will use the water taxi to get to the heart of the inner harbor. For cruisers, this "water taxi" is an easy way to get an overview of the scenic harbor area.

Regarding OP's post as to mobility issues - my 85 year old mother in law with mobility issues very much enjoyed the carriage ride tour of Victoria, especially the stately homes. The driver was helpful and made the carriage access a non-issue.
