Karaoke Kim

Hi all - we were on the Liberty in April of last year and met THE BEST Karaoke host, Kim. Anyone know if he is still on Carnival and if so which ship? We are on the Conquest in April and would love to see him again.

Kim is a hoot isn't he! Last time I sailed with him, I think was aboard Ecstasy. Unfortunately, I'd bet that we won't be seeing him anymore, as Carnival, in it's wisdom, has decided they don't need dedicated Karaoke Host/Hostess anymore, and are using members of the entertainment staff, on a rotating basis, to act as the karaoke host/hostess, one cruise at a time. The result is, as expected, that the karaoke isn't as professional and polished, as it used to be, as many of those people know NOTHING about the equipment, or hosting karaoke. (I've personally trained two of them myself!) ;) Sad, but true. Another Carnival cut adds to the disappointments that many of the cruisers suffer through. (Cruising is GREAT anyway, but used to be even better.) :cool:

Can't answer your question but I met Kim on the Pride in August 2013 and he was hilarious!
