'Easy Luggage" transfer from St Lucia to Cruise terminal Venice

Has anybody used the Easy Luggage transfer from St Lucia train station to the cruise terminal in Venice?

I am worried about how to get from the station to the terminal with a heavy case as I understand you have to climb lots of steps over a bridge and I saw this service advertised.

Get off the train at Mestre (1 stop before St. Lucia) Take a taxi to the port.

The steps on the bridge are not as I had imagined. They are not your traditional 10" rise by 10" landing. Each rise is about 8" and the landing is about 24". I saw many small Japanese girls lift their suitcase up the rise and roll it to the next step. Going over the bridge with luggage was less of a struggle than boarding the train with luggage.
