anyone used this tour company in New Orleans?

Especially if you did the "city of new Orleans & Katrina recovery tour".

Was it good, was the visibility good looking out the van windows?

Did they pick you up & drop you off at your hotel?

If not did you use a tour company you were extremely pleased with?
