What is the offer?

Choose one of the three offers for consumers traveling on Celebrity for sailings departing from February 2013 to April 2014. If they book a Europe cruise, they choose two of the three offers. Offers to choose from:

1. Classic Beverage Package for two guests

2. Free Gratuities for two guests

3. Onboard Credit based on the number of sail nights.

What are the eligible sailings?

Sailings from February 2013 to April 2014.

What is the Booking Window?

Bookings must be made January 7, 2013 through January 27, 2013.

What are the applicable products/ ships?

All destinations except Galapagos.

Is this applicable to Cruisetours?

Yes, however, the onboard credit offer is based on the number of sail nights.

What are the applicable categories?

Ocean View stateroom or higher

Is it applicable to Individual and/or Group business?

Yes, applicable to new individual and named group bookings, including Group X. Can I convert a booking made prior to booking window? Yes, at prevailing rates and other offers will be removed.

How will offer by applied to bookings?

Celebrity Cruises will apply offers up to 10 days from the day the booking deposit is made.

Can I book Cruisetours?

Yes, however, the offer is based number of cruise nights for the cruise portion of Cruisetours.

Are single traveler’s eligible for this offer?

Yes, single occupancy bookings are eligible this offer.

What price programs does this offer exclude?

Offer only applies to Fivestar , Group X and Cruisetour price programs beginning with TR. All Guests in stateroom must select the same option.

Can I upgrade the beverage package?

Yes, Premium Beverage Package upgrade available for an additional charge of $10 per person, per day plus $1.50 beverage gratuity per person, per day by contacting Celebrity Cruises.

What age does the consumer need to be to select the beverage package? Terms of Celebrity’s Alcohol Policy apply, including a minimum drinking age, which varies by itinerary. Guest must provide date of birth by Jan. 27, 2013.

When do I pay for the Premium Package?

Once the request is made, the package will be added to the booking 6-8 weeks once deposit is made. At that time, an invoice will be sent to pay the upgrade of the package. The package will not be removed due to no payment, it will be added to the guests onboard account.

Do eligible guests have to select the same offer?

Yes, eligible guests have to chose the same option.

What if a Parent & Child are sailing together (2 guests in the cabin). How would this be handled ? Would they be entitled to any segments of the promotion ? If so, if the parent selects the drink package, would the child be offered a Non-Alcoholic beverage package ?

They can choose the beverage package but it will only be applied to the adult, or they can choose the other offers OBC or free grats for both guests.

If a guest books 123, and before final payment.... a senior, resident, military or teacher rate becomes available, would they receive both?

No they will not. they will lose the offer if they convert.

-- If booking onboard until 1/27, would the guest obtain the booking onboard OBC PLUS their choice(s) from the 123 promotion?

No those offers are not combinable.

Will Guests be able to upgrade to the premium package after the promotion ends ?

Yes, they can upgrade when they arrive on board, or any time during the cruise.

Will Guests be able to upgrade to the premium package onboard the ship ?

yes

If Guests can upgrade to premium when onboard, will only 1 Guest be allowed to upgrade ? Must both Guests upgrade to premium if they do so onboard ?

Yes both must updgrade

If the price drops before final payment, will Guests be eligible for the reduction, while retaining their 123 GO selection ?

Guests can maintain the offer if they keep any Five star or Group x rates, however, if they convert to another price program such as a senior or resident rate they will lose the offer.

If*a Guest selects 123 Go with the beverage package, and the premium upgrade.... and then wishes to purchase a $14.00 beverage, would they be permitted to pay the difference ? If*a Guest*elects the standard beverage package, and wishes to purchase an alcoholic drink higher than $8.00, would they be allowed to pay the difference ?

Yes, we would allow the guest to pay the difference. As a matter of fact we are permitting this onboard now.

What are the details of the Captain's Club 123Go Triple Play Europe Promotion?

The Captain's Club 123Go! Triple Play Europe promotion is for new bookings, sailing June 1st through August 31st, in ocean view or higher stateroom categories. Members who booked these Europe sailings with the 123Go! promotion between Jan 7th and the beginning of the Captain's Club offer (Jan. 23rd) and wish to take advantage of the Captain's Club Triple Play offer, must contact Celebrity Cruises to have the adjustment made. At that time the booking would be updated to prevailing rates and the Triple Play offer would replace any other offers previously applied to the existing booking.

What are the eligibility details?

Captain’s Club members are eligible to receive each of the three Offer options. Loyalty offer applies to new individual and non-contracted group bookings named and deposited Jan. 23 – Feb. 18, 2013, for Europe Jun. – Aug. 2013 sailings only. Unless stated otherwise, all other terms of the Offer apply. Valid membership number must be provided at time of booking; new members may book onboard without a membership number but must provide the membership number by Feb. 28, 2013. Clarification

Guests must have a premium package to pay the difference for drinks priced above $12. Guests with a classic package must pay the full price for drinks above $8. Guests with the complimentary classic package as part of the 123 Go promotion can upgrade to the premium package for $10 more per day.
