Double Decker Bus - Seats on Lower Level?

We have done the Double Decker bus ride a couple of times, but have never noticed if there is seating on the bottom level or not. We have someone traveling with us next week who has had a double knee replacement and climbing that narrow ladder to the top would be impossible for him. I am wondering if there are seats on the bottom so we can know ahead of time if this bus is an option for him or not. Thanks!

I seem to remember the price for the double decker bus tour being around $5/pp...is that right?

We skipped it last time because hubby had only brought limited funds off the ship with us and it was either that or buy some Mexican blankets (which he really wanted).

I kinda want to do the tour this time..just to say we did it. :D

We loved the double decker bus. Only wish the tour was longer.
