cruise excursions italian trio feedback

Hi!

I am about to embark on my first cruise with liberty of the seas next week and I need some advice. I was looking to book some excursions with royal caribbean itself but my sister found a 3 day tour with cruising excursions for florence/pisa, rome and naples which was reasonably priced. Has anyone taken this tour? I was just wondering if it was reliable or if I would be better paying more for the royal caribbean tours.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Summary- a tour broker, doesn't provide the actual tour, inserting a middle man into the mix. Good prices. Some very positive experiences, some not very positive experiences.
