Sleep Inn, Dania

It's been years since I've stayed at the Sleep Inn and I understand most stores across the street are gone. If anyone has stayed there lately could you tell me what is still there as far as shopping and restaurants.

Thank you

The Publix supermarket relocated about three blocks west on the opposite side of the street. There is a Starbucks, Pollo Tropical and I believe a pizza restaurant in the new plaza. The Chinese restaurant in the old Publix plaza next to the Sleep Inn is still there, as is Walgreens on the corner but pretty much every other business that was there is gone.

(I will try to remember to take a closer look next time I drive by and report back. Of course I think of that every time someone on here asks about the Sleep Inn :o)

Thank you. We get in very late at night pre cruise so we will go directly to bed! The post cruise stay sounds like Chinese for dinner or pizza. Glad to hear the Walgeeens is still there..assuming they sell wine? Is the Dollar Store still in the mall across the street .. Always a good place for airplane snacks.

I know Walgreens sells beer, but not too sure about wine.
