Spring Bay near the Baths

I am looking for information on Spring Bay beach in Virgin Gorda.

We will be docked in Virgin Gorda on Azamara.

If anyone has been to this beach, can you comment on your experience and also the best way to travel from the dock in Virgin Gorda to Spring Bay?

I think it is close to the Baths.
