Things to do with the beach by the pier

At the beach right off the cruise ship in Grand Turk I know there are numerous vendors but does anybody offer snorkling trips

You can rent snorkel gear right on the beach for us there. Every time we have been there there have been a few rays hanging out. Not sure if private excursion vendors are permitted in the cruise center, you used to have to go outside the gate to met up with others, but it's been 2 years since we've been there.

We did the Ultimate Snorkel excursion through HAL and it was great.
