Empress MDR Menus

Sailing Empress on 4/24. Does anyone have recent dinner menus. Smoked salmon on the breakfast buffet ?

I hope it's okay for me to post these. I had a similar question and ended up looking at some YouTube videos. These are taken from there, posted 6 months ago. Have no idea if still used but maybe people who have recently cruised can confirm.

Missing dessert this night

I know they aren't the best quality, but I hope it helps. I also had a difficult time finding them, so was happy to run across these videos (although not happy with all the time I spent watching them!! Did help get me excited for this small ship.)

Want to edit to add that there were add ons at the bottom of the menu, but I didn't catch the cost or what they were each night.

I haven't been on a cruise in ages, so these menus are all brand new to me. Recent Empress (or otherwise) passengers, do you have anything that you recommend?
