Hi, DH and I are really pissed off and annoyed by the poor customer service of MSC Voyagers Club Canada. We did the status match from Princess Elite in October, 2023 and got replied to match status of MSC Diamond in November, 2023. However when we booked our cruise we found our member card numbers or status are missing. After a few emails to voyagersclub@msccruises.ca, I finally got my status and member number in the file but DH's is still missing. DH and I kept emailing as the MSC agent said that's the only way follow and no phone number to call or other email to complain. Any advice or input will be appreciated. Thanks.
