Just accessed CVS new testing sign-up page. Yes- from now on travelers will pay to be tested- caused by discontinuing of federal funding. That’s what I could not sign ip for a 4/22 test.

Where are you seeing the new sign-up page?

  2. What is the date of your sailing in August?  If it is within cancellation period, NCL will not allow price drop.

You can upgrade your cabin though.  As long as you are paying more money, they will let you do this.  I upgraded my cabin from inside to balcony for less than $50.

Last resort, ask for some FCC.  But that's hit and miss depending on who you speak to at NCL.

  3. Over the past year, it has been nothing short of magical to see the excitement build as each new detail about the Disney Wish is revealed. Our cast and crew, as well as our partners at the Meyer Werft shipyard, have poured their hearts into bringing this magnificent new ship to life.

While we are all eagerly awaiting the ship’s debut, today we must share that our anticipation will unfortunately have to extend a bit longer than initially planned. The shipyard has notified us that despite their very best efforts, they will need more time to finish our ship due in part to the pandemic and particularly the arrival of the Omicron variant in Germany at a critical point in the process.

As a result, we are left with no other choice than to delay our maiden voyage until July 14, 2022, which will regrettably affect your sailing. We apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience we know this will cause.  And we assure you we will do all we can to help you adjust your family’s vacation plans.

Since you were booked on the original maiden voyage, we will automatically shift your reservation to our new maiden voyage scheduled for July 14, 2022, at a 50 percent discount. No action is necessary on your part if you’re able to join us on this new sailing date. You can expect to receive a confirmation with your updated statement and reduced fare in the coming days.

If you’re unable to sail on the new maiden voyage and would like to use the 50 percent discount on a future sailing departing by December 31, 2023, any funds currently applied to your reservation will be held as a future cruise credit. The credit will automatically be applied to your account and can be used as a payment option when booking. Alternatively, you may request a full refund. Please contact your travel advisor to assist with any changes.

We have never been more optimistic about the future and cannot wait to welcome guests aboard the Disney Wish. The enchanting new ship will be a celebration of Disney’s rich legacy of storytelling, bringing to life the fantastical worlds and beloved characters at the heart of Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars adventures like never before.

Thank you for choosing Disney Cruise Line – and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to complete construction of the Disney Wish and ultimately deliver a uniquely magical cruise experience for you and your family.

@Love2cruise77 See Post #32. OBC given without having HIA.

What I was referring to are the additional amenities.  I think what HAL meant was if you booked the Have it all fare, you get those amenities (Shore Excursions, Drink Package, Specialty Dining, and Wi-Fi), not that it's part of the military appreciation offer.

The OBC is the military appreciation offer, which applies whether you booked the Have it all fare or not.

Unfortunately, Platinum and Elites no longer get this benefit. It was changed as of July 24, 2021. We now get the "privilege" of purchasing Medallion Net package for 50% off. I am attaching the link to the pdf from the Princess site.  Also, see footnote #8 at the bottom as it applies to internet.

This is the Celebrity forum, so Princess' medallion net does not apply here.

Can you play all 3 cards simultaneously?  Is there a benefit from doing that? I am guessing the cards are like bingo cards as they are preprinted with values, and each card will be different.  Right?

Are you able to use the cards only once? Or can you play the same card multiple times on the cruise?

    Thanks in advance for responses.

Yes, you can play all 3 cards simultaneously.  It helps if you have your significant other playing too, but one person can definitely do all three cards.  They played two games during the session, so you can use the cards in both games.

Have you cruised recently? I got this offer and wonder if it was because of the promotion going on when I was on Allure two weeks ago. (800 points that week got you a free inside offer.)

    Not with Royal recently.

Have one Royal booked for January and another for March though...

  8. A major disadvantage of booking through FBC, if the airline changes your flight, you would need to wait forever to get FBC to act on your request for alternate options.

I booked a non-stop AA flight from FLL home, but the airline changed the schedule and Celebrity deemed the new departure time (11am) too early.  So they changed me to a one-stop flight with 49 minutes to connect.  I called them to see if I can get more time for the connection (as they have flights later that day from the connection airport), they offered an alternate flight on JetBlue that the deviation team rejected (they offered, I didn't think JetBlue was even an option).  In the end, they told me I need to wait 45 days for them to act on my request for more connection time.

Did anything happen after 45 days?  No.  I had to call them again and they offered a non-stop flight from Miami.  What I got at the end? The more connection time I initially requested.  I could have done that all by myself on day 1 had I not booked this through FBC.

Lesson learned, never book through FBC again.
