Thanks for all the insight. I was actually hoping it was more of a drop off thing, which it sounds like it is. I know my daughter will be so excited!
Yeah you drop them off - some things like the karaoke are family participation though

we travelled the 31st may this year from southampton and the only rocky bit we got was the bay of biscay - wasnt too bad actually x
-
this is a lifesaver - glad i have saw this! my oh is very fussy and we were looking for basic eating places to suit his tastes but now we dont need too x
-
you need to book the grande as well - all needs to be booked by the looks of it

We always tip our waiter, assistant and our room steward at the end of the cruise on top of the gratuities added per day if they have done a wonderful job. We have never felt obligated to tip them throughout the cruise, however. We will tip the room service delivery person and what not, but our steward and waiters/waitresses always get tipped at the end...
we also tipped our waiter and assistant - they were totally wonderful with the girls and nothing was a bother
wait till you are there - then see if you think wow and tip extra to people who make you say it
-
we also tipped a little extra at the end of the cruise as our cabin attendant was second to none!

When booking first opened people called about this and were told that the difference is refunded once onboard. Same with the multiple booking discounts. Everything is charged at standard price and then once onboard if you meet the the requirements the various deals are then applied.
Aww that's great news - they are not big eaters so wouldn't justify the extra for them [emoji1]

my daughter and niece took part in the barbie experience this year in June!
they loved it - the only thing missing was the tiara tea party thing - most workshops as said before were at 5pm - not a great time esp when girls were in the pools lol
they loved all the free stuff in the room - the girls were also selected to take part in the show in the Alhambra theatre (both showings) in front of 1500 people - it was the best experience
they also loved the fashion show at the end and the dance they performed

I thought I read on the Cruise Planner it was $8 for children, but I do not know what age that went up to.
When trying to book it's not giving me a child's price [emoji20] I have emailed them so waiting on a response - they will only be 7&9

We a family of 9, I'd get them booked and sort it later.
Good luck, I'm struggling to plan for 2 couples!
Have booked 6 nights in other restaurants - so the wheels are in motion [emoji1]

Not sure. Try doing a mock booking on the site and see if a child price is listed? If you don't see anything/don't like the price, then cancel before entering credit card information.
Just tried that all the same price [emoji17] need to contact them for advice I think

The menu is there when logged in their website, under the Cruise Planner/Dining.
Thank you [emoji1]

So you can only get kids rate son the ship? We are a family of 9! And don't think we would be accommodated in the ship last minute
-
Does anyone happen to know when menu's will be released?

Great pics - will be watching this post to see how it progresses [emoji1]
