We leave in 7 days and ours is the 2nd page of the boarding passes.
-
Enjoy! We leave next Monday but no concert...lol!

You definitely want to find out if you booked Early Saver, because that form is very fickle and rejects a lot of legitimate claims. I always go through my PVP, but I absolutely know I booked Early Saver and your PVP or TA should be able to tell you. I have to figure out where it is on your paperwork again and pass that along to you.
Also make sure you take a screenshot of your what you're looking at for the new booking price to compare just in case it takes them more than a day to get back to you.
-
Where do you find the form to submit a claim. Just saw a price drop of $30 per person on our 3/22/15 cruise. Don't know if we are early saver, we booked online through Carnival and have already got an inside cabin number.
Thanks,
Tony

Is each adult in the cabin required to purchase or can just one adult buy the package. I was also wondering can you bring a bottle of wine with you in your carry on like you can on Royal Caribbean?

"all guests 21 years of age and older in the cabin must purchase CHEERS!"
And yes you can carry on a bottle of wine.

Still hasn't been added back to the card. I just sent Carnival an inquiry via the "contact us" link (have had good success using that in the past).
I fly to FLL in two more weeks. It better be there by then!
Have you also tried this email: giftcards@carnival.com
Or this gift card number: 1-866-270-1064
-
It's best to carry those on with you with your carryons. You definitely don't want those exploding in your luggage.
-
But switched to resident rate and TA told me that I was no longer ES and no longer eligible for price drops. Does that sound correct?
Was Carnival going to choose your room? Or looks like Resident offers are for new bookings only and maybe that have something to do with it?
-
I was also able to use them by calling my PVP and giving him the numbers to pay towards my balance (if I had more than one, as I believe Carnival's site only takes one at a time and I had a couple of $500 eGift cards).
-
Once you fill out the form on line to request the difference in fare due to a price drop (we asked for on board credit) does anyone know how long it takes for Carnival to get back to you to if the request was allowed or not and if not, why?
Thanks for your help!
Mike
I always contact my PVP when I see a price drop and send a screenshot and he fills out the form for me or the group. The last one was denied the same day, but I believe they say 2 days or 48 hours to get back to you. But that system denies for all the wrong reasons seems like it, so my PVP had to get a manager to approve and viola we got it (twice)! So, if you are denied and do believe everything is right, definitely call them ASAP and make sure you have a screenshot for proof if more than a day has gone by.

We sailed on a SBC years ago out of New Orleans and had a wonderful time! The weather was gorgeous and the pools were open. I don't think it was more crowded than usual. Or maybe since we didn't have any major issues, I couldn't tell...lol! You'll have a ball!
-
I agree with champagne! I thought as long as there are rooms still open for the same ship, sail date, stateroom category and number of guests and you're not matching a guarantee or Super Saver rate, then you are good up until 2 days of your sailing.

When we booked for our Thanksgiving cruise in January they were running a $50pp deposit, which was great!
-
Still showing a $0 balance this morning.
Guest services said the balance would show up on the card. Someone in another thread said they'd received a new card in the mail (but this was an e-card, not a "real" card).
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
So are you saying that only the eGift cards were used for your entire S&S card or OBC and no other forms of payment? If so, maybe it takes some time to get back on the eGift card like it does when folks use cash (if they didn't cash out at the casino) and they receive a check from Carnival weeks after the cruise.
-
I also agree with SAS from FLL to POM!
-
Did the final payment due date pass without full payment?
-
Good call! You'll have no regrets I'm sure. I just got my first call also and had to reject it also because I need to keep my connecting rooms. Oh well, maybe next time!
-
My 3 year old just recently started enjoying showers...thank goodness! Try it while at home...showers may not be a problem at all and will get them in and out much quicker too:)
-
I have been looking into buying these, I owe $1600 in January. How do I use these to pay off my cruise?
And If I buy $2000. will the extra be placed on my S&S account?
So, you can definitely buy $2000 worth of cards and will save $200, which is great! You can either use them online to pay balance or just call your PVP or TA to have them applied to your account. You can use the remainder of the eGift card to put towards your sail and sign account once you are onboard, so make sure to print out the ones with balances and take with you for that.
-
So if you buy these, and apply them to your sign and sail account, does that pay your gratuities as well?
Yes, you can apply these eGift cards to your sign and sail account once on board to use for anything including gratuities (I'll definitely be doing that for next month and also used them to pay off my balances last month).
-
So if I buy the e-cards at a 10% discount and I use my Carnival Mstrcrd to purchase them, do I get double points for a Carnival purchase?
Now I'm not sure of this answer since it does appear as "Verizon Smart Rewards" on your statement and not Carnival, but I'm sure someone who knows can definitely verify this one for you.
-
After stumbling on this thread I'm afraid I'm a day late to the party.......are these ecards still available? I've been all over the Verizon site this morning and can't seem to find anything!!!
Sent from my iPhone using Forums
All you have to do is log into your Verizon Wireless account and sign up for Smart Rewards if you haven't already and you can view all kinds of deals including the Carnival eGift cards by utilizing your points.

Not sure how up to date this is, but it was posted by another poster earlier this week:

I agree! The calls I received were from a 305 number also. You can probably ignore that number.
