And Luminae, the Retreat Sundeck (if equipped) as well as the Premium Drinks, WIFI, Tips and OBC.
Yes you get Luminae and Retreat Sundeck .
I am not so sure about premium WiFi, premium drinks and OBC because some are from the move up program.

Is this new (tote bag charge?). I have a lot of them, and have never been charged.
Yes it changed to the gray color like you get from Aqua or Concierge Class

It all depends what ship you are on.there are still beers stocked up in the big refrigerator on Reflection .
A lot of readers here didn’t know the Butler is no more service in the Sky Suites.
if you need anything to be delivered you just call on the phone for room services like other cabin and they will deliver.
You only get a butler if you are Celebrity Suite and above.
Everything is handled by your room attendant now is so called Retreat Host.
Sky suites is no different than in Concierge Class or Aqua Class to my opinion.
The different is you get a bigger room and access to Retreat Lounge.
They also change the Tote bags for Sky suites.
it seems the beige Tote bags are only for Celebrity suites and above.
I even have to question the Retreat Host how come I don’t get the Le Labo toiletries as a Zeniths member that were offered to me on other ship. He told me that was only for Upper Suites Class.Anyway he did made changes after I questioned him.It seems to me they are not well trained.

Not all of the self serve fridges in Retreat lounges have had beer or other alcoholic beverages. You can certainly get what you want from the bartender in the lounge. We were on an Edge sailing right after the restart and they were having problems with teens helping themselves to beer in the self serve fridge. Yes teens were Retreat guests but parents weren't overseeing their actions.

Hello,
As more and more 'extras' are removed from the Celebrity product bringing it closer to Royal, then what's the point of it?
Regards,
Cublet
It’s a good sign
Next they will do is lower the prices of Sky suites.
I only cruise for bigger room for comfort.

It has never been the included for Sky and Celebrity suites in my years of cruising with Celebrity.
The butlers did that as courtesy in return of something from the guests.
Some passengers just over doing it.

My two cents, this is something that the concierges in Michaels Club/Retreat or Retreat Manager should be made aware of and address. If that fails or you don't get a reasonable answer, i.e. they are not allowed to remove guest amenities, then make the Hotel Director aware. Regardless of the level of suite anyone is in a crew member should not tell a guest to do something themselves.
I called the Retreat Host number and he answered and came to the room removed everything so I can put my medication.
problem solved.

It seems to me Sky Suites lost the butler services and the room attendants promoted to Retreat Host
The retreat host will handle all the issues from Sky Suites customers.
Funny thing was this afternoon I told the attendant to remove drinks from the refrigerator and he told me I can do it myself and not him.
when I came back from the dinner drinks still left in the refrigerator.

Just confirm the laundry is handled by the room attendant and no more by butler.

If the Retreat Concierge John is a young gentleman from the UK please tell him John from Reflection says hello and that I am still using the iPhone case he so graciously gave me.
I have in suite most of my Celebrity cruises.
the big big diferent I have seen is no more greeting from the butler.
I think I know each John you were talking so far I haven’t met him yet
when I went to the Retreat there were only four passengers excluding me and Clackston in the bartender there.
I have never seen so quite in the Retreat on embarkation day.
Saw two young gentlemen they must be the Concierge.

To be honest I won’t go to luminae for lunch on sea days
You will miss the nice lunch in Ocean view.
Thats the best seafood lunch I ever have on any cruise I have been taken.
Prepare to bring your tools if you are interested in crab legs because there are limited clamp on the ship.
it May not good to go there if you have mobility issues.

To be fair Celebrity should follow the old system if they book before the announcement or allow them to cancel with full refund.

You guys not going to be happy of what I heard.
I am currently on a cruise and my formal butler told me there will be no butler’s for sky suites.Butlers will be provided for CS and above.hope his info is not true.
He also told me he is lucky to maintain as a butler position.

This seems like common sense, ChucktownSteve, yet the two most recent presidents of Celebrity have seemed determined to demonstrate that it is possible to grow a business while alienating loyal customers.
Strong booking and higher stock price prove they are in the right direction.

But if you pay for an adventure where it was included then you can definitely expect the service to be provided. We are just now on the Beyond in a CS. I was shocked to learn from the butler that we are provided with water daily, but if we take a Coke, beer or another water from the minibar we would be charged!! With the included premium drink package we can have almost everything in every bar and restaurant. But a Coke from the minibar will be charged. This is unbelievable!Furthermore, on our sea day it was almost impossible to get two loungers. Finally, there were just two left. At noon!We have just one more Celebrity Cruise on our list among of a total of 7 booked future cruises. We very much hope we still have access to Luminea for dinner without paying an upcharge being only in a RS at that time. After the recent changes, I can imagine everything…Sorry Celebrity, you want to be different but not with us in that way…
Next time tell the butler remove everything from the bar and tell them you have premium package.
He or she could put what soda is covered with the package if they like.

Will that happens Celebrity only give access to CS and above to Retreat ?
Just thinking the next move.
-
I haven’t sailing on Celebrity a while.
Has this butler things already discontinued services fro CS and below ?

Additional Information....
We're coming into Terminal 3 on Delta.
The train from T3 to T5 is FREE.
First and for most find out where the Bus to Southhampton pick up point and make the decision from there.

Yes I was staying in Sofitel last month because I have an early flight.

Hello. I would appreciate some thoughts on how to approach the (you can't go wrong) decision between the Edge and Beyond. They both look great. We don't care about the itinerary. We will not be staying in a suite. We would probably go to speciality dining one night. We tend to like the latest and the greatest, but it seems like the differences between the Beyond and Edge are not that great. And even thought we like "new", the ships seem close enough where paying a premium for the beyond would not be worth it. We love outdoor seating areas. It feels like a real toss up between the sips.
Would appreciate any thoughts on how to make a decision between the two ships given the above. Thank you!
Hi Paul,
Beyond is the best ship to cruise on so far on Celebrity.
Before the ship started sailing there was one poster made fun with me about the Sunset Bars.
Wait until you see it it will blow your mind away.

Butler Team Service in SS - Please Post Current Cruisers Comments on your Experience.

Today will be the last day of my 9 days cruise on Reflection from August 24-September 2
Have never seen butler teams on my sailing except on the last day there were two at the corridor greeting.
When Iapproached him he did know my name
I just wonder where he was during the 9 days I was onboard ?
I have been on so many suite cruising I can tell you this is the worst cruise experience that happened to me.
I swear I will never book a Sky suite again.
I don’t think they deserved the included tipping.it will be more fair to go to the room attendants since all the works is done by them.
