Does VOOM work anywhere on the ship or just in your stateroom and/or certainly parts of the ship?

Voom works great everywhere. :) I have the surf n stream and I was able to use FB messenger to video chat with my husband and kids. Used it from my room and I've used it from the library on the ship.

I "Assume" that includes unlimited drink and food. It is a little pricey, especially for two. But you seem to think it was well worth it! We may consider. Thanks

Yes, it is All Inclusive and there are many restaurants and bars. Traveling solo I thought it was worth it. I like to check out properties to see if they are a good option to take a vacation to.

How much is a day pass?

I purchased the RIU Antillas Day Pass for $130 usd on resortforaday dot com. It was just 10 minutes from the pier, I'm solo traveler so it cost me $15 to get here. The wifi works great and my verizon cell phone service is just $10 for the day.

RIU Antillas is absolutely gorgeous!!! As a guest of the RIU Antillas (Adults only) you have also have access to the RIU Palace. Both sides appear to have the same things, such as bars, restaurants, and Cafes, but the RIU Palace has a much larger pool due to this being the family friendly side. The Antillas side was quieter and more laid back. I took the elevator up to get some amazing pictures of both sides.

Show tonight was a Las Vegas style tribute show. Since the Shows are my favorite I criticize them the most. There are just 4 singers in the entertainment line on the ship which seems unusual. Lots of dancers. The 2 lady singers were good, loved their dresses. The 2 gentlemen singers were just okay to me. The past couple of cruises I've been on have had really good stage lighting and special effects, this ships entertainment does not. There are a lot of fun activities scheduled later tonight that sounds fun like the Silent Party, but they are held at 11:30pm and this country girl goes to bed by 10pm so she can be up by 6:00am. Nice day in Aruba tomorrow. Going to the RIU Antillas adults only All Inclusive and then some port shopping since we are docked until 11pm

Was walking by the Duck n Go pub and saw the Drink Card is now at $75

The Promenade area is the happening place in the evenings. All the shops still have all their goodies out, nice bracelet sets for $20, port tshirts, bags, ties etc for $10 each.

I like the Promenade Cafe, they have my hot tea, fresh fruits, pastries, and sandwiches.

Watched the sunset from the bridge, it is one of my top 5 places on the ship. The bridge shades were closed at sunset. After that I found the automated ice cream, always use a napkin or clothing to touch the handle, nobody "washie washie" before using that. Then to Promenade for more tea and ice water and on to the library to call and talk to family.

Ice skating show was really great. At first it was hard to understand. Had a bit of different music through the decades. Really enjoyed it and would go back and watch it again. Sports Bar and Duck n Go Pub both have sports playing in the TV but the only thing on all the TVs was soccer. There is lots of shopping deals today like $10 port t shirts and jewelry sets.

I've had to visit guest services a couple times this week, and there is a gentleman named Paul that is super nice and helpful. After the first evening of him helping me with my VOOM access, anytime I stop by Guest Services he comes over, greets me by name, shakes my hand and ask what he can help me with. Even when there is a line he always make me feel as if I'm the highest loyalty customer. Remarkable experience :).

One thing to note is that there are no cup holders in the seats here. There is a bar in here so I'm sure it's not a "no drink" policy

It's first come first serve. Show starts at 1;45. Doors opened at 1:20pm. There are two sides on the entrance so once doors open you can quickly get seats. Very Cool in here. I think I will just stay in here and watch all the shows. My Ohio mind set is not used to warm temperatures I just melt as soon as I walk out of my room. :)

After breakfast I found a new favorite. The front of the Solarium there were doors going out to the front of the ship. Very peaceful, if there was chairs out there, I could spend the whole day there. Then as you walk around, you can see down into the Bridge with the captain. How fascinating! Only thing I did not like about this location is the Gym looks out to this area, so you're not really alone you have those perfectly fit and finesse people jogging on their treadmill silently judging you for not being fit and finessed too lol. It was really nice though.

Today is SeaDay, I was very much hoping to do some work in the computer room, but they do not have any software loaded just Internet browser. No Excel, No word, nothing :(.

I normally do not like windjammer breakfast because it's usually crowded with so many wonderful people who are eager to get their morning grub on. ;) It actually was not too bad, not yet crowded.
